About Rayna
Rayna is pursuing an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership and Innovation while working as a Training Manager and Consultant. She also teaches holistic leadership and self-love creation as a professional speaker.
When she was young, Rayna learned that she loves to help people learn and grow! She is certified to teach both Zumba and Yoga and find that a holistic approach to growth and development is the preferred method to manage and lead.
Rayna was adopted at three years old and was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. In her early 20's she realized that she had grown into some confidence issues and had to take action to remedy them before they got in the way of her success. Rayna didn't have a support system so now she’s made it her mission to help anyone who needs help. She used to jokingly say that she was "building an army of overly confident and kind people" and now it's not a joke.
Rayna’s motto is to "do better, be better." The philosophy means to do better by the people around you, be more helpful, kind, etc. We also need to work on ourselves and continue to make steps to improve in some aspects of life, thus being "better."
Rayna is proud of her dark sense of humor which doesn't go with her bubbly personality. It’s a great example of how you can be many things and you don't need to fit into anyone's boxed idea of how you should be. Everyone deserves a place, space and time to discover who they are.
